Love Songs….

Hey Guys…. Sorry I’ve been gone for so long but I’m having a hectic month. Basically about 2 months in a year I am in the hospital full time managing our patients and those month tend to be hellish  busy days with me racking close to 100hrs a week. I’m 2 weeks done and 2 weeks to go….*sigh*

Neway, I wanted to share with you a song i’ve discovered and had on blast for a while. It’s called “Love Song in Yoruba” by Janelia McNair- Sanya.  She’s a half nigerian- half african Amercan raised in Nigeria but based in the US now. Let me tell you, her song’s got me komole-ing in the shower and giving the hubster the seductive eye…lol.   I love how she basically takes a nigerian nursery rhyme and turns it on it’s head. It’s ultra sexy, seductive and deep at the same time.

Let me know what you think!

Musings’ from atop the potter’s wheel...

Lovely song, danceable tune though I didn't get most of the yoruba bits. And they are both so cute :)

Is it just me? I think the horse was moving to the beat too.. lol
Beautiful song... Loling at Komole-ing. lol
Thanks for sharing ma. God is your strength in Jesus name. I still wonder how I'd cope with marrying a medical doctor considering quality time is my main love language... hmmm

Myne: Hey myne, the songs are words to a local yoruba rhyming song. If I translated it to english, it wouldn’t be as cute…lol

LDP: Ah! I komole hard! Thanks for the luv!

Abi: Hmmm, its great isn’t it?
